Description
The Graduate School has partnered with the Graduate Student Association and the Office of Postdoctoral Scholars to provide a series of workshops dedicated to productivity. Dr. Kate Henry is a Productivity Coach specializing in sustainable and well-being-oriented productivity. Dr. Henry holds an MFA in Creative Writing and an MA and PhD in Rhetoric and Composition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. As a productivity coach, she guides academics to develop actionable and achievable productivity and time management practices to achieve short-term and long-term goals without feeling overwhelmed. In addition to her work as a Productivity Coach, Dr. Henry is an independent researcher and author.
Join Productivity Coach Dr. Kate Henry for the first workshop in a two-part workshop series on practical skills for academics both in school and on the job. During the workshop, we will learn why, when, and how to apply tools to make productivity practices more efficient, with a focus on using prioritization and time blocking to manage distractions and set boundaries.
