American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry

The AADMD is an organization seeking to improve the quality of healthcare for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and intellectual disabilities. The UB chapter aims to bridge the gap between dental students and this population. In achieving this we hold outreach events designed to engage the community and educate this population on dental health and provide resources for them. In doing so we become more skilled healthcare professionals and well rounded dentists that may better serve this underrepresented population as we move forward in our careers.
