SAGE- Success through Access to Guidance and Experience

The purpose of this program is to encourage a diverse group of outstanding UB undergraduate students who demonstrate that they have overcome a disadvantage or impediment to success in higher education to pursue graduate studies, to enter a career in Higher Education or another specific career field. SAGE interns are provided the unique opportunity to obtain a paid internship position, mentorship, networking and guidance related to their educational and career goals while they gain professional development skills and relatable work experience in their area of interest.
